Debra MacMillan

As a third-generation Floridian, Debra grew up with a love for the state and especially her coastline. As a little girl in St. Petersburg, she often rode along with her “Little Grandma” as she sold properties along St. Pete Beach or would go sailing with her “Big Grandma” from the St. Pete Yacht Club. Both sides of her family love the Florida coastline and her parents would often take them out on the boat to Pass-a- Grill for picnics or to sit under umbrellas at the Don Cesar. In 2000, Debra moved to the beautiful Florida Panhandle. Merging her love of real estate with her love of Florida, I received her real estate sales associate license in 2005 and continued to grow in knowledge and experience, which led to earning my broker’s license in 2019. In 2021, she decided to switch coasts to be closer to family and purchased a home in New Smyrna Beach. Debra loves the small-town feeling, the art community, and being back on the beach she enjoyed in high school. With each year, my love and appreciation for Florida beaches grow and when not working, she loves to be on the beach exercising, paddle boarding, kayaking, or relaxing with friends. Debra still does enjoy traveling the state, enjoying local seafood, and collecting sand from all the beaches. Not only does she enjoy selling real estate in her own hometown, but she also leads a network of fabulous agents in my favorite beach communities around Florida.
