Amber Schwartz, | Local Living Realty Group

Amber is an NSB local who is proud and supportive of her community. She is an alumni of Stetson University where she got her bachelor’s of marketing, led the business school’s teaching apprenticeship, and was presented the distinguished marketing student award.

When Amber isn’t studying or working, she is always enjoying the outdoors with her fiance and 2 dogs. They enjoy disc golf, pickleball, kayaking, running, baking, gardening, volunteering at their church and trying all the local restaurants in our adored little beach town!

Amber is not only a licensed sales associate, But her family has been heavily invested in the hospitality and service industry. As she helped navigate the ups and downs of owning vacation properties, she gained an abundance of experience and knowledge that she is ready to apply to her clients needs. Her goal is to make every process a breeze and create a sense of family with each client!
