Haley Osmak
Haley Osmak has been a local resident of Volusia County for the past 14 years. Haley currently resides in New Smyrna Beach but is very well versed in the entire Southeast Volusia area. Haley strives to help others create a life they love and believes that finding a home you love is an essential part of that journey.
Before starting her career in real estate, Haley obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and went on to teach elementary school in Volusia County. Haley values education and understands its importance in the community. Her prior experience and knowledge of Volusia County Schools serves as a great tool in real estate whether her buyers are looking for a school that meets their children’s needs or just want to know that they are purchasing in a good school zone for resale value.
Haley decided it was time for a career change and decided on her true love and passion: real estate. She went on to sell custom homes for a local builder in the Daytona Beach area. Haley quickly found success as a top-producing agent and was Rookie of the Year as a result of her first year selling. During her time selling new construction Haley sold over $20,000,000 in custom homes. At the end of 2022, Haley and her husband Derick decided to purchase a new construction home for themselves in New Smyrna Beach. Haley holds great knowledge and expertise in all things new home construction and can successfully guide her clients through the process of working with a builder.
Representing both buyers and sellers, Haley takes great pride in helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. When Haley isn’t working you can find her at the beach, on the boat, or out enjoying our amazing local shops and restaurants with her friends and family. Haley and her husband Derick currently reside in New Smyrna Beach with their two dogs Bruce and Minnow.
