Over the last 12+ years, I’ve dedicated myself to learning every aspect of modern real estate marketing, digital exposure, branding, and business strategy while still maintaining the boutique, relationship driven experience that so many clients and agents are searching for today. Through years of growth, education, and working alongside some of the top marketing minds in the country, I’ve built a model that combines high level exposure with authentic local connection.

Kerrianne Johnston is the Broker and Founder of Local Living Realty Group, one of Volusia County’s top-performing independently owned real estate brokerages. Born and raised in New Smyrna Beach, Kerrianne has built her career and company around a deep understanding of the local market, community relationships, and modern real estate strategy.

With over a decade of full-time experience in the industry, Kerrianne has become known for combining boutique-level service with innovative marketing and technology-driven exposure. Under her leadership, Local Living Realty Group has grown into one of the area’s most recognized real estate brands, with hundreds of five-star reviews and a strong reputation for strategic marketing, client advocacy, and results-driven representation.

Kerrianne specializes in residential, luxury, waterfront, investment, and commercial real estate throughout East Central Florida. Her approach goes far beyond traditional real estate practices, focusing heavily on digital marketing, social media visibility, targeted advertising, and building meaningful exposure for the properties and clients she represents.

In addition to holding her Broker license in the state of Florida, Kerrianne has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). She also holds Associate and Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, along with additional certifications in Business Management and Business Operations.
