Above and Beyond Expectations is the best way I can describe Jamie Porter.My wife and I were selling our home in Jacksonville while trying to find a new home in Daytona Beach.The house we were selling failed a septic tank inspection, even though we had no issues with it. After waiting 3 weeks for the state health inspector to come out which was the timeframe the septic tank company said it would take, Jamie started making phone calls to the State Health Department. The very next day the inspector showed up.Jamie found us the perfect house in a very nice neighborhood. Holding our breath waiting to find out if our offer was accepted, after having our offers rejected on other houses, Jamie worked the deal and got us our new home.Now we are close to closing on our house we are selling in Jacksonville and expressed our concerns to Jaime about being homeless while waiting to close on our new home in Daytona Beach. We were looking at having to stay in a hotel for about 3-4 weeks with 2 dogs. That would have been extremely expensive. Jamie to the rescue again.
