We’re Olivia and Philip Simpson, the husband-and-wife team behind the Simpson Home Group. Olivia was raised right here in Ormond Beach, growing up with the beach, parks, and beautiful Old Florida scenery that make this area so special. Phil moved to Florida from England more than 10 years ago, fell in love with the East Coast, and made it home.

Together, we bring a unique combination of real estate and property management experience to every client we serve. Olivia has been in real estate since 2019, while Phil brings years of hands-on property management experience and an in-depth understanding of homes, communities, and what it takes to care for a property.

But our favorite role is the one we share at home. We’re raising our family here, building our business here, and genuinely love being part of the community we serve.
